- The data used corresponds to personal, pension, and employment information managed in the employee record, with the system’s inherent access and security restrictions.
- Chart Types:
-
Considerations:
Any chart type not listed here and created with Buk AI will not be editable (Note that we will continue adding new chart types) Simple Summary (KPI):
Ideal for highlighting a single high-impact numerical data point, such as the total number of active employees or the company’s average salary.Bar:
Perfect for comparing values across different categories (e.g., number of people by department or contract type). Allows you to quickly identify magnitude differences.Line:
The best option to visualize the evolution of a metric over time (e.g., turnover trend or headcount growth month by month).Pie:
Use it to show the composition of a total when you have few categories (e.g., gender distribution), allowing you to see the relative importance of each part.Donut:
Similar to a pie chart, but with a hollow center for a cleaner look. Very useful for modern Dashboards aiming to show distribution percentages.Radar:
Ideal for comparing multiple quantitative variables or dimensions of a group (e.g., comparing a team’s performance across different competencies or climate pillars).Treemap:
Excellent for visualizing hierarchical data or large volumes of categories using proportional rectangles. Lets you see complex structures at a glance (e.g., headcount by departments and their respective sub-areas).Advanced Data Filtering:
-
Each widget has a
"Filter Data"section in its manual configuration.Allows you to add multiple conditions (e.g.,
Variable "Area" is "Technology"ANDVariable "Gender" is "Female").This makes it easier to create comparative dashboards (e.g., placing two identical widgets side by side, each with a different branch advanced filter).
Underlying Data Table:
-
Ability to audit the chart by clicking on
to see the details of the records that make up the sample.
