You can review the information on the Income and Withholding Certificate using Buk’s exporters to validate income, deductions, and contributions before sharing the document with employees.
Step by step
- Go to the left side menu, selectInformationand thenExporters.
- Click onCreate Reports.
- Search for and select the reportIncome and Withholding Certificate Detail
- If this is your first time, run the report so it is saved and available in Exporters
- Click on the download icon for the report.
- Select the year you want to review.
- Click Download to get the file.
- Review the reported values for income, deductions, and contributions.
Important considerations or limitations
- The report allows you to validate which amounts will be reported in each line of the CIR.
- It is recommended to complement with customized reports for the entire year to cross-check information.
