In the following article you will learn how to download the reports of the satisfaction surveys loaded on the platform.
To download a satisfaction survey report, go to Reports >> In-person courses >> Satisfaction.
The satisfaction report consolidates all the courses evaluated using the same tool.
For this reason, it is recommended that as few instruments as possible to be used to measure the satisfaction of all or most courses, and that all courses could be compared under the same view and evaluation.
Next you will see the List of satisfaction surveys and to access the report of a specific course you must click on View.
In addition, you will be able to add a new satisfaction survey directly by clicking on Add new and then you will have to follow the same steps in the article In-person courses - Measurement - Ev. Satisfaction.
Below are the details and results of all courses evaluated using a specific tool. You can download the information in PDF and/or Excel format. Below you will find:
Traffic light of key indicators:
Satisfaction index: A number on a scale of 0-700 where the results are distributed in a normal curve, so that a more accurate result can be obtained in relation to the answers given by the employees.
Average result: Average satisfaction with which the employees rate the course and the different questions of the tool. It ranges from a scale of 1-10
Response rate: Indicates the percentage response rate of the satisfaction tool. Indicates how many employees have responded to the survey compared to the total number of registered employees.
Summary of results: Hexagon that will display a summary for each question
Results per question: The details of each question are shown, with their respective alternatives and the average of each.
You can also add a new survey, edit the survey you are reviewing or return to the list of satisfaction surveys.
Important: Here you can download an Excel or PDF file with the satisfaction survey data by clicking on Download Excel/PDF respectively.
