What is Curricular Analysis with Buk Copilot?

Curricular analysis with Buk Copilot automates the process of resume analysis and pre-filtering of applicants, so you can start managing your selection process with profiles that truly match the job description and requirements.

How can you start using it?

To enable curricular analysis with Buk Copilot in the selection process, you have two available options:

1. In the process creation form, activate the checkbox “Enable curricular analysis with Buk Copilot”:

2. If the process already exists, you can enable/disable the feature from actions:

Necessary data for Buk Copilot to analyze the CV

Buk Copilot checks 4 fields to record an applicant analysis:

• Curriculum (required)
• Position (required)
• Description (optional)
• Requirements (optional)

Important: While description and requirements are optional, they are essential for Buk Copilot to provide a more robust and specific analysis based on the desired profile.

Buk Copilot’s response

Buk Copilot will automatically analyze eachnew applicantwho applies to the process along with the CV (in any format, no restriction). To view the analysis, click on the applicant and go to the Comments tab. Buk Copilot will provide Pros, Cons, Conclusion, and a Rating from 1 to 5 stars ⭐️, according to the applicant’s fit for the position.

Pre-filtering of applicants

If you combine curricular analysis with automation, you can pre-filter applicants who do not fit the profile. To set up this function, you must create an automation rule in the applicants stage with the action to move and/or discard applicants according to your needs: In the following example, we will set up the movement of the applicant to the next stage when the rating is greater than 3 stars:
